1. Service Guarantees

Twitters.io service GUARANTEES:

  • The full validity of all accounts, according to all rules described in these Terms of Service
  • Direct sale of accounts from verified sellers
  • Direct refund from escrow in case of invalidity in the listing, including:
    • Account being blocked or deleted
    • Incorrect login credentials
    • Active guarantee period violations
  • Refund processing if an invalid account cannot be replaced, available through our supported payment methods

2. Prohibited Usage

The following activities are FORBIDDEN for accounts purchased on Twitters.io:

  • Using any VPN services (paid, free, or built-in)
  • Using anonymous TOR browser
  • Using virtual machines, device emulators, or servers (VPS, VDS)
  • Using IPv6 proxies, common proxies, or public proxies
  • Using illegally obtained proxies and devices (including botnets)
  • Logging into multiple accounts using a single device and proxy server
  • Using automated services or programs for account management
  • Using accounts for harmful purposes including:
    • Social media harassment
    • Comment spam
    • Threats or illegal activities
    • Fraud or data theft

Important: One account must be used with one legal private IPv4 proxy server and one new device (new UserAgent, cookie, specialized program).

3. Service Limitations

  • Twitters.io and its employees do not provide training or technical advice
  • Paid orders are available in the order history, including the new credentials

4. Service Rights

Twitters.io reserves the right to:

  • Refuse to modify initially valid accounts that become invalid due to customer actions
  • Deny refunds for valid accounts purchased in error
  • Block customers and withhold refunds for:
    • Spamming support tickets or communications
    • Posting negative reviews on third-party platforms
    • Being rude or using inappropriate language with support staff

5. Customer Responsibilities

By agreeing to these terms, customers confirm that they:

  • Have read and understood the account descriptions
  • Accept full responsibility for accounts after purchase
  • Understand that guarantees are void if prohibited usage rules are violated
  • Agree to all terms and conditions outlined above

6. Supplier Guidelines

For account suppliers:

  • Multiple accounts are not permitted - violation results in immediate account blocking
  • Funds may be withheld as penalties for violations
  • All supplier activities must comply with our marketplace rules

7. Disclaimer

Twitters.io serves as an intermediary between account sellers and buyers. We are not responsible for any illegal activities conducted using purchased accounts. We explicitly prohibit:

  • Spamming (unsolicited commercial communications)
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Any other illegal or harmful behavior
